ROSEMONT, IL (December 12, 2024) — The Housewares Charity Foundation (HCF) is excited to announce the launch of a new award category to be presented at its upcoming annual gala on March 3, the “Rising Stars” awards. This new award will recognize up to five up-and-coming professionals who are not only pushing the boundaries of innovation in the industry but are also committed to making a positive difference in the world.

Each year, the HCF Gala brings together leaders in the housewares industry to celebrate excellence and philanthropy. The 2025 gala will be held Monday, March 3 during The Inspired Home Show in Chicago. The addition of the “Rising Stars” award reflects the foundation’s commitment to fostering future leaders who are dedicated to doing good both in business and in their communities.

“We are thrilled to introduce this new award,” said Ron Diamond, executive chairman of the Housewares Charity Foundation. “Our industry is full of talented, passionate individuals who are using their creativity to not only grow their businesses but also to make meaningful contributions to society. This award allows us to shine a light on those shaping the future.”
