Event Payment: Cost: Each exhibiting company receives a standard 6-foot covered and skirted table to display the products along with 2 chairs and a buffet lunch. You must submit the exhibit fee with your entry. No refunds will be given after December 4. $800 – 1 company representative $925 – 2 company representatives $1050 – 3 company representatives
Electricity – electricity must be ordered through the hotel. Please check the electricity box and we will email you the order form. Approximate prices, including tax: 10 amps - $206 | 15 amps - $239 | 20 amps - $380. Shipping – you will have to pay the hotel for packages shipped to the event. Questions?
