More Event Information:
The Show Preview is a tabletop exhibition (no booth setup allowed) that allows you a one-on-one opportunity to preview your products for 2010 to the consumer and trade news media. You may submit up to 4 products for display.

The event is limited to 70 Show Exhibitors. You must have assigned space to partcipate.

Event Payment:
Cost: Each exhibiting company receives a standard 6-foot covered and skirted table to display the products along with 2 chairs and a buffet lunch. You must submit the exhibit fee with your entry. No refunds will be given after December 4.

$800 – 1 company representative
$925 – 2 company representatives
$1050 – 3 company representatives

Electricity – electricity must be ordered through the hotel. Please check the electricity box and we will email you the order form. Approximate prices, including tax:
10 amps - $206 | 15 amps - $239 | 20 amps - $380.
Shipping – you will have to pay the hotel for packages shipped to the event.
