How do I get my booth structure approved by IHA and McCormick Place?
Displays being built or renovated should conform to all display rules and regulations and building requirements as outlined in IHA's Rules + Regulations booklet and McCormick Place's Exhibitor Utility Ordering Guide (which will be available November 1st.)
IHA and McCormick Place should review all floor plans for new or renovated exhibit structures that have not been previously approved, to ensure that exhibits conform to all display rules and regulations. Your Sales Manager must receive all plans for new or renovated structures by January 9, 2012.

How do I get approval for having a live animal in my booth during the Show?
If you require the use of animals during your show, please complete the
Live Animal Disclaimer no less than 90 days prior to the Show and e-mail a completed copy to

How do I order utility services (Telecomm., Internet & Cable)?

How do I book a McCormick Place Meeting Room at the Show?

Can I rent a scooter or wheelchair from McCormick Place? Is the building handicap accessible?
McCormick Place is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and continues to look for ways to accommodate all visitors. Wheelchairs, information booths, designated parking, TDD telephones and other services are available.
