NEW - SAVOR… was recently selected to provide food and beverage service at McCormick Place Convention Center, officially replacing Chicago Restaurant Partners on September 30, 2011.

SAVOR… was chosen after a competitive bid process, which was part of the privatization of McCormick Place.  Shaun Beard, Senior Vice President of SAVOR… promises to introduce various processes to improve the quality and variety of food offerings and the speed of delivery at McCormick Place. The company’s overall philosophy is understanding that each venue is unique and requires individual and flexible programming based on the region’s needs and preferences.  From their sustainability efforts to their vast experience providing food and beverage services to a number of facilities both domestically and internationally, IHA is optimistic of this change. 

  • While SAVOR… catering menus will not be available to exhibitors until November, SAVOR’s... pricing will remain the same, if not lower than, Chicago Restaurant Partner’s 2011 pricing. In addition to catering menus favorites, new items will also be introduced.
