Harry founded the Reshoring Initiative to help companies better understand the full cost of offshoring and the benefits of reshoring in the expectation that they would then bring more manufacturing jobs back to the U.S. Largely due to the success of the Reshoring Initiative, Harry was inducted into the Industry Week Manufacturing Hall of Fame 2010, joining Jack Welch, Steve Jobs, Lee Iacocca, et al. Harry participated actively in President Obama’s 1/11/12 Insourcing Forum at the White House.

Catherine Del Spina has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience building brands and consulting to top companies in the housewares industry. An accomplished strategist, her leadership and vision have impacted growth for both retailers and wholesalers. From 1974 through 2000, she was intimately involved with many young and start-up companies such as Umbra, InterDesign, The Screwpull Company, Boston Warehouse, Zyliss and The Oggi Corporation.

Robert Dishman is EVP of Supply Chain and is responsible for NextLife’s global expansion, brand strategy, strategic vendors, acquisitions, partnerships, revenue growth and national accounts.

Prior to being named EVP of Supply Chain at NextLife, Robert spent 13 years with Waste Management and Waste Management Recycle America. Most recently he was a corporate Director of Sourcing and Price Management for a one-billion dollar subsidiary of Waste Management.
