More Than 500 New Exhibitors on Display at 2010 International Home + Housewares Show
ROSEMONT, ILL. (March 2, 2010)—With just days to go before the 2010 International Home + Housewares Show, more than 1,900 exhibitors, including over 500 new companies, are making final preparations for presenting their new product lines to more than 20,000 buyers from around globe who are expected to attend the Show. The 113th gathering of housewares industry will be held March 14-16 at Chicago’s McCormick Place. It is sponsored by the International Housewares Association.
“Retail buyers should be looking forward to a lot of ‘new’ at the Show this year,” said Phil Brandl, IHA president. “Our retailer audience tells us that these more than 500 new exhibitors along with the thousands of new offerings from long-time exhibitors make the Show innovation headquarters for our industry. We will have nearly 100 more new exhibitors than last year, covering all Show categories.”
Among the new exhibitors this year is Mario Batali LLC. The Food Network star and American Iron Chef will be displaying all of his product lines for the first time in his booth in the Dine + Design Expo. Several market leaders from around the world who will be showing for the first time at the Home + Housewares Show include Alkor-Venilia GmbH, BEEM Blitz-Elektro-Erzeugnisse Manufaktur-GmbH and Finum by Riensch & Held from Germany; Fabrikators, Nuance International A/S and ScanWood from Denmark; Neatfreak and Urban Butik of Canada; and Zebag of France.
U.S.-based new exhibitors include ASA USA, Beka International, CHI Home, LLC, Culmeta, Culver, Fragrant Passage Candle Co., G2V Products, Gama-Go, Gorham, Harman, Ink Dish, Minden Grill Company, Inc., Move Collective, OBH Nordica, Procter & Gamble, Red Vanilla, SC Johnson, The Fire Blanket Corporation, The Giving Hanger, Tivoli Audio LLC and Woll Cookware USA.

The Show features thousands of housewares and homegoods products for every room in the house, apartment or condo — and outdoor living, too.
