A Message from IHA Gourmet Trade Development Council to the Gourmet Retail Community
Cutting Through Confusion
By Perry Reynolds, IHA
Social networking is teeming with possibility and that’s what makes the process hard to negotiate for many retailers.
Do you tweet on Twitter, Digg It or friend on Facebook?
The scores of choices can make you want to Yelp, when you are trying to decide how to best promote your business.
The Gourmet Trade Development Council is a voice for smaller retailers, and many of you have told us that a basic, nuts and bolts seminar on how to set up a Facebook page for a small business would be a welcome addition to our educational seminars at the International Home + Housewares Show in March.
We’d like more feedback on how we can make that work for you. (Just click on the feedback link on the left of this page to make that easy.)
This Council is made up of IHA member companies with an interest in the success of the gourmet industry: technology is going to be a big part of that future success. Let us know how we can help.
