This is how Tiziana Menozzi summarizes the philosophy of her sales strategy. With this aim, focus is put primarily on product selection, which today includes prestigious international brands for the table and kitchen as well as home electrics and hi-fi, textiles, jewelry and more. In addition, several years ago, Tiziana created an original design line, the Mamati collections, which take up a dedicated space in her store and is also now sold in other prestigious outlets.
Menozzi has a merchandising style that is rich, clear and pleasant to promote in an easy-to-shop environment. The store’s events also play a special promotional role, providing a regular motivation to visit. The events include wine, oil and chocolate tastings and Feng Shui courses. For Tiziana Menozzi, however, it is not enough to attract customers into her shop; she also takes her business out to the city of Reggio Emilia, by organizing events at wine cellars and restaurants and by undertaking quality sponsorships.
