L'Alberghiera Medagliani, established in 1860, is a unique and historical shop that operates as a modern store. Almost all famous Italian chefs, appointed by Michelin with one or two stars, are customers of this store, which is appreciated for the quality and the depth of the products offered.
L'Alberghiera Medagliani is a point of reference for professionals as well as for amateurs because of its kitchen classes. It is also the only independent retail shop in Italy that has established its own publishing house, Bibliotheca Culinaria, with books being written and edited by the most famous chefs.
