The Altstadtladen (“Old Town Shop”) was the initiator for the revival of the Feldbach “Old Town Lane” area by offering a broad menu of events and activities. Alstadtladen shows an exclusive range of products, specializing in tabletop, giftware, gourmet food and artistic handicraft products. Artists are invited to promote their creations, and craftsmen repair products, such as Hummel sculptures, free of charge several times a year. Altstadtladen publishes its own magazine three to four times a year, and its owner has established business contacts throughout Austria and even across its borders. To complement its in-store shopping, Altstadtladen has added a successful online business.
