Established in 1892, La Ibérica is the oldest home furnishings and housewares store in Uruguay.  Today, La Ibérica is operated by 3rd generation family members and offers complete home collections, everything from kitchen tools and tableware to furniture and lamps.  With a market share of 80% of all bridal registrations in Montevideo, La Ibérica is renown throughout Uruguay for their wedding services.  La Ibérica is housed in a building declared a National Historic Monument with iron columns reaching more than 16 feet (5m), stone walls and wood floors.  A beautiful setting, a vast product range, a rich history and an overall passion for excellence have driven La Ibérica’s success for more than 113 years.
