Founded in 1921, Dino Bartolini has been serving customers in Italy for more than 80 years. The retail store today covers nearly 5,400 square feet (500 square meters) occupying two floors of a picturesque building in the heart of historic Florence. Displays in their 10 windows are renewed every two weeks with one always displaying the newest products to be introduced to the market. Employees are trained for one year by an experienced sales professional to learn the store’s layout, the products and sales techniques. Customer satisfaction is the end goal of all work done at Dino Bartolini - this is evident in the service commitment shown by each and every employee.
