Status Update on IEEPA Tariff Refunds
IHA’s Washington, D.C.-based government affairs representatives Craig Brightup and Rafe Morrisey will be joined by trade attorney David Forgue of Barnes Richardson & Colburn to examine the status of IEEPA tariff refunds and the U.S. Court of International Trade’s role in the process. The discussion will also cover Sec. 122 tariffs that replaced the IEEPA tariffs and new tariff investigations under Sec. 301 and Sec. 232.
