The event is limited to 65 Show Exhibitors. You must have assigned space to partcipate.
Event Payment: Cost: Each exhibiting company receives a standard 6-foot covered and skirted table to display the products along with 2 chairs and a buffet lunch. You must submit the exhibit fee with your entry. No refunds will be given after December 28. $850 – 1 company representative $1000 – 2 company representatives $1150 – 3 company representatives
Electricity – electricity must be ordered through the hotel. Please check the electricity box and we will email you the order form. Approximate prices, including tax: 10 amps - $183 | 15 amps - $209 | 20 amps - $235. Shipping – you will have to pay the hotel for packages shipped to the event. Video Authorization -- IHA will videotape a brief demonstration of your products (1-2 minutes long) to post on IHA's website for the news media to view and on our YouTube channel as part of an email to buyers.
